Little Light Academy
Little Light Academy is a two-day microschool designed for students working at a 3rd–5th grade academic skill level, where learning is personalized, hands-on, and meaningful. Through small class sizes, project-based learning, and engaging instruction, students are encouraged to grow academically while building confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love of learning. Led by a certified teacher with over 15 years of combined tutoring and classroom experience, Little Light Academy partners with homeschooling families to provide individualized instruction in math, reading, writing, science, social studies, and life skills. Moreana Boys Academy
Moreana Boys Academy is a Christian microschool serving boys ages 10 to 18 in Chandler, Arizona. Our mission is to develop young men of character, competence, and conviction through personalized academics, mentorship, leadership development, and hands-on learning. We partner with families to help boys grow not only academically, but also spiritually, socially, and physically, emphasizing biblical values such as integrity, courage, wisdom, humility, service, and personal responsibility. Each student follows an individualized Personal Academic Plan (PAP), allowing families to choose the curriculum that best fits their son's needs and goals. Students receive individualized coaching and accountability in a low-ratio environment that serves a wide range of learners, including homeschool families, advanced students, and those with learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, or autism. A typical week includes focused morning academics, afternoon enrichment in topics like STEM, entrepreneurship, leadership, financial literacy, and life skills, plus private Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu twice each week. Fridays are dedicated to experiential learning through community service, hiking, museums, business tours, and other real-world excursions. Moreana Boys Academy is more than a school. Red Pony Ranch Riding School for Children
Tatum teaches private horse riding lessons from her home in North Phoenix. She is an experienced childcare provider working professionally for over 7 years through nature preschool work and private nanny work. Tatum has been riding horses her entire life. She grew up doing barrel racing and gymkhanas. Tatum is also a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and is currently in nursing school to become a labor and delivery nurse. Tatum loves sharing horse care and horse riding to children ages 3-12. She witnesses first hand the skills children can grow when working with horses. She sees children build confidence and courage, knowledge and understanding, and she sees so much joy on every child’s face who rides. She is passionate about creating safe and welcoming spaces for children to learn.
Tanque Verde Riding Club
We are a private club dedicated to sharing the beauty of horseback riding in Tucson with our members, at all levels of experience. Ride solo, with your family, or alongside seasoned riders. We promote safety and independence through western horsemanship, fostering confidence and leadership as you explore the Sonoran Desert. We are here to preserve the west and share the values and connections to nature that bloom here in Southern Arizona and the Tanque Verde Valley. Tanque Verde Riding Club is an approved vendor for the Arizona ESA program.
