The Drum Pro, LLC

I am a versatile drummer in gospel, funk, soul, jazz/rock fusion, R&B, Latin, country & praise & worship. I have recorded, toured in the Northwest, played with a variety of bands (rock, folk, blues, pop & alternative) and played with many talented worship leaders like Duff Rowden and Kyle Rasmussen. I have played in 11 countries & across the United States. One of my gifts is to take my years of experience and share it with the next generation. Parents and students appreciate my patience with learning students as well as my thoroughness as an instructor. I have taught as many as 24 students a week and worked with many musicians in local worship workshops. We cover everything from reading music, snare rudiments, drum set, timekeeping, playing to different genres, listening withing a group, soloing techniques, miking the drums to topics and music the student is interested in. I have worked with a few students with dyslexia, ADHD and special needs. I am a session musician, most recently played drums with the Country Hip-Hop band Whosoever South (WhosoeverSouth.com) in June 2026. I also travel regionally as a drum contractor with the Worship Support Network and have played on many worship teams across Arizona. I am the drum instructor at Rockin Worship Bootcamp (RockinWorshipAZ.com). It is such a fun & meaningful music camp taught by today’s touring musicians and industry professionals. My heart is for ministry & using my abilities to lift up the church body & reach people for Jesus. Most of my experience is playing modern contemporary Christian music (CCM). I have played drums for large regional denominational conferences in Oregon, Washington and Alaska as well as playing for numerous churches across the country. Of course, I am a private drum instructor, ESA vendor (music tutor), play weekly at my local church and play drums with pastor/guitarist Ronnie James (southern rock, blues & worship) for special events like Hope Fest in Prescott.

Yavapai Youth Choirs provides quality music experiences through comprehensive choral education and diverse choral literature. Thrive Online Academy is a Christian online school designed to provide families with a flexible, personalized, and faith-based education experience that combines the freedom of homeschooling with the support of caring Christian educators. Serving students in kindergarten through 8th grade, Thrive partners with families who desire a Christ-centered learning environment where students can grow academically, spiritually, and personally. Unlike traditional online schools that require every student to follow the same schedule and learning path, Thrive Online Academy believes education should be personalized around each child’s unique needs, learning style, pace, and goals. Students learn from home while receiving the level of teacher support that best fits their family’s needs. This package also includes chapel and two student clubs. Families may pay $6,000 when paying in full or $2,000 quarterly. Elite – $10,000/year Designed for students who benefit from the highest level of individualized instruction and structured support. Students receive 6 hours of live teacher support each week with minimal homework outside of instruction time. This package also includes chapel and two student clubs, allowing students to receive strong academic support while developing friendships and community. Families may pay $7,500 when paying in full or $2,500 quarterly. At Thrive Online Academy, students experience more than academics—they become part of a supportive Christian community. We offer both classes and Microschool options for students who want to explore creativity based on Christian principles. Students explore painting ,drawing ,multiple media,sculpture,sewing,ceramic painting and other fantastic artisan crafts. We teach students actual fine art skills but break steps down to simple instructions students in a fun and encouraging way. Students are taught to work as a team,stay focused and do their best work. Happy accidents are ways to grow and helps them build perseverance through encouragement . We also offer an online option for students that need that flexibility.
