Arizona Christian Homeschools ("we", "us", the "site") is an independent directory and information site operated by an individual publisher. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions: gongstad@gmail.com.

What this site is (and isn't)

• We list Arizona Christian homeschool co-ops, hybrid programs, microschools, tutors, and curriculum resources. Most listings are unverified and were compiled from publicly available information. "Owner-verified" badges mean the program owner has claimed and confirmed their listing.
• We are not a school, school district, government agency, or financial institution. We are not affiliated with the Arizona Department of Education (ADE), ClassWallet, or any program listed unless explicitly stated.
• Listings are not endorsements. We do not vet doctrinal statements, safety policies, staff backgrounds, accreditation, or quality of instruction. You are responsible for evaluating any program before enrolling.

Information only, not advice

Content on this site, including the ESA chat assistant, guides, blog posts, and program descriptions, is general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, educational, or religious advice. Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) rules, allowable expenses, and Arizona homeschool law change frequently. Always verify directly with the Arizona Department of Education, ClassWallet, and a qualified professional before making decisions.

The ESA chat assistant

The assistant answers only from documents we have uploaded to its knowledge base. It can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. Do not submit student names, account numbers, or other personal information into the chat. Conversations are logged so we can improve the tool.

Listing your program

• You may submit your program for free or pay for a featured listing ($99/year via Stripe). Submitting a program means you certify that the information is accurate, that you have the right to submit it, and that you will keep it current.
• We review submissions and may approve, edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion, with or without notice. We may also remove featured status without refund if a listing violates these terms.
• Payments and refunds for featured listings are handled through Stripe. Cancel anytime through the billing portal; cancellations stop future charges and end featured status at the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape the site, abuse the chat, or attempt to extract other users' data.
• Don't submit false, misleading, infringing, hateful, or unlawful content.
• Don't impersonate a program you don't own or operate.

Third-party links and services

The site links to program websites and uses third-party services (Stripe for payments, Supabase for data and auth, Google AI for the chat assistant, email providers for transactional email). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that information is accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arizona Christian Homeschools and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the site, any listing, or any answer from the chat assistant. Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which may be zero).

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
