MMA Pankration Seminar

THIS IS MORE THAN A SEMINAR. THIS IS A MOVEMENT. On July 11 @ 9am all ages have the opportunity to train, learn, grow, and be inspired at the MMAYO Pankration Seminar led by Coach Rose, a professional MMA fighter. This event is designed to give our youth more than just martial arts techniques. It is about building confidence. It is about developing discipline. It is about learning awareness. It is about leadership, focus, respect, and real-world skills they can carry beyond the mat. Coach Rose will be teaching practical Pankration and Mixed Martial Arts skills in a positive, structured, and empowering environment.
