“Thanksgiving Bouquet” cookie decorating class

This class is suitable for confident beginners, ages 13 to adult Time: 5 - 7 PM Location: Program room at the Tempe Public Library Doors open 10 minutes before class starts. There are two ways to participate in this class. Please choose the option that works best for you during the checkout process. 1) In person class: Held in the Tempe Connections program room at the Tempe Public Library, 3500 S Rural Rd, Tempe, AZ 85282. This room is on the ground floor. As you enter the library, keep right towards the Connections Café. The program room is directly adjacent to the Café. 2) Online class: participate live in this class remotely via Zoom meeting, held at the same time as the in person class. You will be able to follow along in real time, ask questions of the instructors, and interact with other students. For online participants, the class kit will need to be picked up ahead of time. IMPORTANT: There will be a $10 discount applied to EACH participant for siblings or friends registering in the same transaction (i.e. $65 each). This discount will not show when placing the order, but will be applied manually from our end before the class is invoiced. Class fee includes: - 8 themed cookies ready to decorate. These are our popular, thick & soft, organic sugar cookies. - Individually bagged royal icing for each student in the colors necessary to complete the set. Our dye-free icing is made from all-natural, mostly organic ingredients and free of any artificial food colors. - All necessary cookie decorating supplies - Hands-on teaching by our fun and dynamic instructors - Box to take cookies home in Optional add-ons: - gluten-free cookies: add $5 (IMPORTANT: While we make every effort to avoid cross-contamination, we do NOT operate a gluten-free kitchen, and cross contamination is possible. Please do not sign up for this class if you have a severe gluten intolerance.) - additional sets of undecorated sugar cookies to take home and decorate later: $15 each. (These do NOT come with extra royal icing, but you will typically have enough left from class to decorate a second set) - set of eight cookie cutters for this theme, $20 All options can be selected during the checkout process. Class fee due in full to reserve spot. Reservations are binding. If you have to cancel, we will be unable to refund the class fee unless the class is sold out and another student from the wait list can take your spot. Attention ESA parents: we can provide the attestation form necessary to have the class fee reimbursed from your child’s ESA account as an educational expense. Please select this option during the checkout if you would like to be emailed such a receipt. Add-on cookie sets are not eligible for reimbursement since they are not being used as part of the class, but are rather considered a food item.
