How does the pinned position actually work?
Featured listings appear above standard listings on every page your program is eligible for - your city page, each category you serve, and the homepage featured grid. Standard listings still show below, in the same order they do today.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription from the dashboard - cancel with one click and your listing reverts to a standard listing at the end of the billing period.
Do you cap how many Featured programs appear?
Yes. Featured slots are limited per city and category so families never see a wall of upgraded listings. Early upgrades lock in the best positions.
What if I already have a claimed listing?
You keep everything you have today - claim status, photos, description - and add the Featured benefits on top. No re-submission required.
How does publishing articles work?
Featured programs get a writing tool in the dashboard. Draft an article with the visual editor, submit it, and we review it before publishing. Once live it appears in our Insights feed, on your program page, and in our sitemap - with your byline and a link back to your listing. You can edit or unpublish anytime.
What should I write about?
Whatever you know best - curriculum you use, how ESA funding works for your service, a day in the life of your program, or answers to questions parents ask you most. Helpful, specific articles perform best with both families and search engines.
How do I upgrade?
Sign in, open your dashboard, and click Upgrade to Featured on the program you want to pin. Checkout takes about a minute.
