About
Hi! I’m Barrett, and I’ve been teaching movie-making, 2D animation, and stop motion animation to children for nearly 15 years. I’m originally from Massachusetts and moved to Scottsdale in search of a stronger Christian community and a place where I could continue helping young creators grow! My private lessons and classes are tailored to each student’s unique interests, abilities, and learning style. I have extensive experience working with students with autism, ADHD, and other learning differences, and I strive to create a patient, encouraging environment where every child feels supported. My goal is to nurture your child’s creativity while teaching them the technical skills they need to bring their ideas to life through video production, editing, animation, and digital storytelling. I have experience teaching Final Cut Pro, iMovie, Adobe Premiere, ToonBoom Harmony, Procreate, and more!
