At Leaders in Learning, we believe every child has the potential to become a confident leader, communicator, and lifelong learner. Our homeschool enrichment program serves children ages 5–10 in a warm, encouraging environment where students are inspired to grow academically, socially, and personally. What makes us different is our unique focus on public speaking and leadership. Each week, students build confidence through show-and-tell, storytelling, impromptu speaking, presentations, leadership roles, and interactive activities inspired by Toastmasters. We believe strong communication skills open doors for a lifetime. Our program meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and offers a well-rounded curriculum that includes: • Public Speaking & Leadership • Hands-on Science & STEM Activities • Spanish • Art & Creative Projects • Physical Education, Basketball, Soccer & Team Games Learning is hands-on, engaging, and fun. Students participate in experiments, creative projects, educational games, and collaborative activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork. With intentionally small class sizes, every child receives personalized attention and meaningful opportunities to grow, participate, and build lasting friendships. Leaders in Learning was founded by Karina Carranza, a former elementary teacher, experienced Spanish interpreter, Toastmasters President, and Toastmasters Area Director. With years of experience educating children and empowering adults through communication and leadership, Karina is passionate about helping every child discover their voice, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and cultivate a lifelong love of learning. Families appreciate our welcoming atmosphere, structured routines, strong communication, and the confidence they see growing in their children each week. Whether your child is naturally outgoing or simply needs encouragement to find their voice, Leaders in Learning provides a safe, supportive community where every child is encouraged to learn, lead, and shine.
