My academy teaches individuals ages 3+ of all abilities. We have dedicated homeschool classes, special abilities classes, women's only classes, Tigers (3-6 years), kids (7-12 years), teen/adult classes, fitness, leadership training, and even a 55+ class. We teach Taekwondo as well as life skills to help build confidence, self esteem, and discipline. We have non-contact options for those that do not wish to spar yet.
