I feel that God has put it in my heart that my life’s mission is to teach kids music and to also glorify his name through music. In the Silly String studio, I use a Suzuki based learning method—which includes privates 1:1 and small group learning each week (K-8). I teach both violin and viola students. We have atleast two official recitals a year, and summers are optional (many teachers charge over summer, but I don’t). I allow for make ups and do not charge over holidays/school breaks. A little bit about me: I love kids, teaching, music and God! I have taught privately for 6 years. I have my masters degree in music education, with an emphasis in early string pedagogy—and I am Wee Violin certified as well as in the process of becoming officially Suzuki Certified.
