We offer a variety of classes! Our climbing class is filled with fun and excitement where we scale the walls, build coordination, and work on sportsmanship with our fellow climbers through a variety of games and coaching. Our monthly physiology class is filled with hands on demos and experiments. Whether it's examining dissected specimens or building working models of joints, each class is unique and filled with awesome information about the human body. Our teen Pilates class is perfect for those looking for a gentle, but challenging workout. In our studio we promote body awareness, controlled movement, and functional flexibility through a blend of foundational technique and muscle toning. Small class sizes ensure everyone gets personalized attention. We are located right off the Orange Grove exit of I-10 (near Costco and Home Depot)
