About

I'm a mom of nine and have been homeschooling for over 20 years, with children still learning at home today! Through the years, I've discovered that children learn best when they're curious, engaged, and having fun. That's why I created The Adventure Letters! The Adventure Letters is a story-based U.S. geography enrichment program designed for children ages 8–13. Through engaging stories, children explore all 50 states while learning about geography, history, landmarks, cultures, and the unique characteristics of each state. Our letters encourage reading comprehension, critical thinking, problem-solving, and curiosity through educational activities, puzzles, conversation questions, and hands-on learning. Each state also includes Further Learning pages for older students or children who want to explore a topic in greater depth. Families can choose our Eastern or Western States Journeys, receiving two letters each month throughout the year, or our popular 50 States All-in-One Box for self-paced learning. Created by a homeschool mom for homeschool families, The Adventure Letters can complement an existing curriculum or serve as a stand-alone geography study for eclectic homeschoolers. My mission is to make learning about our great nation meaningful, memorable, and fun!
