Welcome to Two Lips for Talking. At Two Lips for Talking, we believe communication begins long before a child's first words. Our mission is to help children develop the foundational skills they need to communicate, eat, breathe, sleep, and thrive through a whole-child, relationship-based approach. We combine evidence-based speech-language pathology with a deep understanding of oral function, nervous system regulation, and child development to create meaningful, lasting progress for every family we serve. We specialize in pediatric speech-language therapy for children from infancy through adolescence. Our areas of expertise include speech sound disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, language delays, feeding and picky eating, myofunctional therapy, tongue ties, oral motor development, airway-focused therapy, and social communication. We also provide craniosacral fascial therapy (CFT) and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) to support nervous system regulation when appropriate. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we look for the "why" behind communication challenges so we can build skills from the ground up. A typical week at Two Lips for Talking is filled with engaging, play-based therapy that children genuinely enjoy. Sessions are individualized to each child's goals and interests, incorporating movement, games, sensory experiences, and meaningful interaction. Parents are an essential part of the therapy process, and we provide practical strategies that can be naturally incorporated into daily routines at home. We believe children make the greatest progress when families feel confident, informed, and supported. We proudly serve families seeking a more comprehensive approach to speech and feeding therapy. Many of our clients have complex needs, including oral restrictions, airway concerns, sensory differences, developmental delays, autism, ADHD, or persistent speech and feeding challenges that have not fully resolved with traditional therapy alone. We also work collaboratively with pediatricians, dentists, orthodontists, ENTs, lactation consultants, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure each child receives coordinated, holistic care.
