Thrive Online Academy is a Christian online school designed to provide families with a flexible, personalized, and faith-based education experience that combines the freedom of homeschooling with the support of caring Christian educators. Serving students in kindergarten through 8th grade, Thrive partners with families who desire a Christ-centered learning environment where students can grow academically, spiritually, and personally. Unlike traditional online schools that require every student to follow the same schedule and learning path, Thrive Online Academy believes education should be personalized around each child’s unique needs, learning style, pace, and goals. Students learn from home while receiving the level of teacher support that best fits their family’s needs. Through individualized instruction, flexible scheduling, and meaningful relationships with teachers, Thrive provides students with the structure of a school while maintaining the flexibility many homeschool families value. Thrive offers four personalized learning options: Minimum – $4,000/year Designed for motivated learners who thrive with independence. Students complete coursework at their own pace while families provide daily oversight and support. This option includes curriculum access and academic structure without live teacher support. Students are also able to attend clubs and chapel. Families may pay $3,000 when paying in full or $1,000 quarterly. Guided – $6,000/year Designed for students who enjoy independent learning but benefit from additional accountability and guidance. Students receive 2 hours of live teacher support each week to track progress, answer questions, and provide encouragement. This package also includes chapel and access to two student clubs, helping students build relationships and stay connected with their peers. Families may pay $4,500 when paying in full or $1,500 quarterly. Advanced – $8,000/year Designed for students who need more direct instruction and personalized academic assistance. Students receive 4 hours of live teacher support each week where teachers work through challenging concepts, provide homework help, and help students stay on track. This package also includes chapel and two student clubs. Families may pay $6,000 when paying in full or $2,000 quarterly. Elite – $10,000/year Designed for students who benefit from the highest level of individualized instruction and structured support. Students receive 6 hours of live teacher support each week with minimal homework outside of instruction time. This package also includes chapel and two student clubs, allowing students to receive strong academic support while developing friendships and community. Families may pay $7,500 when paying in full or $2,500 quarterly. At Thrive Online Academy, students experience more than academics—they become part of a supportive Christian community. We understand that one concern many online and homeschool families have is ensuring students have opportunities to connect with other children. That is why Thrive provides virtual chapel experiences and student clubs where learners can build friendships, discover shared interests, and develop meaningful connections with classmates. Through chapel, students gather together to worship, learn biblical truths, and grow in their faith. Through clubs, students participate in engaging activities such as Bible study, creative writing, book clubs, art, music, and other enrichment opportunities. Words Matter Tutoring
Get Your Struggle Reader Back on Track! I'm a reading and spelling interventionist for ages K-12 struggling with dyslexia and other reading challenges. Sessions are one-hour, twice a week. I use the Barton System which is an Orton-Gillingham-based multisensory method. My other ministry is doing evangelism and discipleship training for children and adults which I do not charge for. My tutoring helps support me for this ministry.

We offer both classes and Microschool options for students who want to explore creativity based on Christian principles. Students explore painting ,drawing ,multiple media,sculpture,sewing,ceramic painting and other fantastic artisan crafts. We teach students actual fine art skills but break steps down to simple instructions students in a fun and encouraging way. Students are taught to work as a team,stay focused and do their best work. Happy accidents are ways to grow and helps them build perseverance through encouragement . We also offer an online option for students that need that flexibility.

I’m Mindy with Cactus Kids Art Studio! I have always loved art, but I love sharing art just as much! I am a mom to 4 kids, a wife, a pediatric pharmacist, a runner, and an art teacher! I want kids to learn about all different types of art mediums so they know how many options there are out there! I teach watercolors, acrylic painting, sketching, pastels, clay, fiber arts, colored pencils, and 3D projects! We spend 4-6 weeks on each medium as we learn techniques and different ways to work with that medium. My favorite thing is seeing the smiles and pride on the kids faces when they have just created something they didn’t realize they could do.

Private Vocal Lessons - Voice lessons with Nicole at Performers Playhouse
I teach weekly private voice lessons grounded in vocal pedagogy. My approach is simple: everything it takes to sing is a muscle. So we train those muscles the way an athlete trains, building toward the strongest, most controlled, and best sound your voice can make. Learning doesn't stop when the lesson ends. Every student gets a private online portal where I upload their weekly exercises, vocal performance tracks, and audition repertoire. Students are expected to practice there four times a week between lessons, so real progress happens week over week. My training is rigorous, and it's also genuinely fun. When you combine joy with hard work, there's nothing you can't do, and that combination has carried past students to Broadway, Disney, and American Idol. Strong vocal technique pays off far beyond singing. The same skills that power a great performance help you present to executives in a conference room, preach from the pulpit, and carry confidence into everyday conversation.

Sweetest Melodies Academy
Sweetest Melodies Academy is an online voice and performance coaching academy helping children and teens develop healthy vocal technique, musical confidence, creativity, and expressive performance skills in an encouraging, personalized environment. We offer both private voice coaching and interactive group vocal programs for homeschool families throughout Arizona and beyond. Our mission is to help students recognize that their voice is a gift worth developing and learn to steward that gift with discipline, excellence, confidence, and joy. Students are not expected to arrive already sounding polished or experienced. We meet them where they are and help them grow through thoughtful instruction, practical exercises, encouragement, and consistent practice. Our group voice programs are designed especially for young singers who benefit from learning alongside their peers. Students participate in age-based cohorts, including groups for ages 7–12 and ages 13–17, with up to 10 students per group. During the program, students build vocal foundations while also developing confidence singing in front of others, listening and musicianship skills, performance ability, and healthy creative discipline. Group lessons create a welcoming environment where students can learn together, encourage one another, and discover that growth does not require comparison or perfection. A typical group session may include a guided vocal warm-up, breathing and breath-support exercises, pitch and ear training, tone and vocal control, range development, rhythm, diction, group exercises, confidence-building activities, and guided song work. Students may also have opportunities to sing individually and receive personalized coaching within the group setting. Programs are structured so students have practical exercises and goals they can continue working on throughout the week. For families who desire more individualized attention, private online voice lessons are also available. Private coaching is customized according to the student’s age, current ability, goals, learning style, and musical interests. Lessons may include healthy vocal technique, pitch and ear training, breath support, tone and range development, song interpretation, performance preparation, stage presence, worship vocals, songwriting, artistry development, audition preparation, and preparation for recording or live performances. Sweetest Melodies Academy was founded by recording artist and vocal coach Rebecca Pearl, who brings more than eight years of vocal training, collegiate music education, and professional recording and performance experience. Rebecca has worked across a wide variety of musical styles, including pop, R&B, hip-hop, jazz, choir, theater, contemporary Christian music, and worship. Tutor Doctor Chandler-Gilbert-Ahwatukee provides personalized, one-to-one tutoring for homeschool families in Gilbert, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Tempe, Phoenix, and surrounding East Valley communities. We understand that many families choose homeschooling because they want flexibility, a more personalized learning experience, and the ability to select curriculum that supports both their child’s needs and their family’s values and faith. Veritas Homeschoolers
Veritas Homeschoolers - East Valley, Inc. is a 501c3 Christian homeschool support group which provides opportunities to meet and network with like-minded homeschool families. Our community is spread across the East Valley – from Queen Creek to Ahwatukee, and Mesa/Tempe to Chandler/Gilbert. We have more than 60 families, with kids of all ages and a full range of homeschooling experience represented. We offer monthly park days, field trips, service opportunities and more. PARK DAYS – Typically fall on the first Friday of the month at a local park. These offer homeschooling moms time to relax with friends while their kids play. Occasionally, speakers or a special holiday event or activity are included. Visitors are welcome to attend one Park Day to determine whether or not they wish to join. If you would like to visit, please use contact us to request more information. PICNIC in the PARK – These are held halfway through the month, and are an easy way to take a break from the school day. Most families bring their lunch and a blanket. FIELD TRIPS and SERVICE PROJECTS – Field trips are organized by members and are offered at least once a month, but more often twice. They can be located all over the Valley and beyond. Some examples: Phoenix Herpetological Society tour, MIM, Shamrock farms, Phoenix Zoo or Botanical Garden, a firehouse, MCC Performing Arts Center, etc. While we have an ongoing service project, we offer our members additional opportunities to serve their communities throughout the year. VERI-TALK – In addition to connecting in person at events, members receive support and encouragement through our member only email discussion group, Veri-Talk. It’s a great way to get advice for homeschooling, learn about curriculums, share prayer requests, and get referrals for anything and everything – piano teachers to A/C repair. Members use Veri-talk to share information about the latest homeschool events, book sales, or to schedule impromptu meetups and playdates. Veri-talk also provides members with a network of veteran homeschoolers who have graduated their kids and know the ins and outs of the high school to college/trades/life transition, and who are willing to answer questions and share their own experiences. SERVING – Veritas is a volunteer-led organization which relies on its members to lead, organize, and coordinate activities and administrative responsibilities. While this changes what we offer from year to year, it also produces dynamic opportunities. Volunteering is a requirement of membership.
