Our mission is to assist those who have chosen not to be in the public school system. Inviting them to continue their socialization skills and passion for volleyball &/or fitness. Volleyball has become a big part of the youth community, and we love the approach we have and offer to ages 9-17u in their training. Whether it is the basic fundamental skills or advanced position specifics, we have the coaching for your athlete! We offer weekly clinic trainings along with private lessons and special events. We are NOT a volleyball club. We are strictly a training facility focusing on helping build your child's skills and confidence for on and off the volleyball court. Hard Knocks Gym
At Hard Knocks Gym, students learn the importance of respect, accountability, and perseverance. Every class challenges them to set goals, work hard, and overcome obstacles while building confidence. Boxing improves coordination, balance, focus and cardiovascular health, helping students perform better both in sports and in an education setting. The lessons learned in the gym- hard work, resilience, and determination- become skills they carry with them for life. Each class begins with a warm-up featuring cardio and mobility exercises followed by skills training. The skills training introduces and builds on the fundamentals while continuing to gain endurance and conditioning. The classes finish with a cool down to promote recovery and core stability.

Redeemer Christian School - Homeschool Program
Redeemer Christian School is an accredited classical and Christian K-12 school in Mesa, established in 1980, serving Christian families. The school offers a homeschool enrichment drop-in program. Homeschooling families can enroll in select RCS classes (Latin, Music, P.E., History-Bible-Literature core, Logic, HS Spanish, electives, etc.) taught by school faculty from a Christian worldview using classical techniques. Homeschool students may also participate in field trips, music, drama, sports, and standardized testing alongside full-time students.
