A Christian microschool in Tempe is a small, faith-integrated school - usually 5 to 25 students per classroom - that meets most days of the week and teaches academics from a biblical worldview. Microschools sit between traditional private Christian schools and homeschooling: smaller and more flexible than a private school, but more structured than a co-op or homeschool group.
Most Tempe Christian micro schools are approved Arizona ESA vendors, meaning families can apply state Empowerment Scholarship Account funds (around $7,000+ per student) directly to tuition. That makes a private Christian micro school in Tempe effectively tuition-free for many families.
5-25 students per classroom for personal attention.
Most meet 4-5 days per week, full or half day.
Most serve K-8; a growing number offer K-12.
$5,000-$12,000 tuition; ESA often covers most or all.
