Homeschool Physical Education (PE) Our Homeschool PE program combines fitness, sports, teamwork, and character development in an encouraging, non-competitive environment. Students participate in a wide variety of activities including basketball, soccer, volleyball, kickball, floor hockey, relay games, cooperative challenges, and more. Trifecta Our exclusive Trifecta program provides a well-rounded athletic experience by rotating students through three exciting components during each session. Activities may include sports instruction, fitness challenges, team games, climbing wall activities, obstacle courses, coordination drills, and other engaging experiences designed to keep kids moving and excited. Every visit is different, keeping students engaged while developing athletic ability, confidence, and friendships. Weekly Sports Classes Want to focus on a favorite sport? We offer DIY Supply Boxes at a discounted rate for those who are enrolled in our video tutoring classes. Our in person and video tutoring classes are eligible though ESA.
Learn Adapt Build (The LAB)
The LAB — Learn. Adapt. Build. 6760 W Deer Valley Rd, Glendale, AZ 85310 The LAB is a youth athletic center in North Glendale. Ninja is a big part of what you will see on the floor. It is not the whole point. Better athletes is a great outcome. Better people is the goal. Every program — ninja, basketball, golf, toddler development, and the speed and agility training we are adding — is built to grow confidence, discipline, communication, resilience, and character alongside skill. Kids leave more capable in sport and more capable in life. This is not a drop-off playground or a once-a-week class that resets every Monday. The LAB is a coach-led training environment with a clear curriculum. Classes follow a consistent rhythm: Prep & Connect, Build the Base, Skill Development, Play with Purpose, then Reflect & Recognize. Coaches introduce a life skill with the day’s movement work, then close by naming the effort and the growth. Kids learn names, make eye contact, compete with grit, and hear what they did well — not just what they missed. The facility supports that model across sports, not just obstacles. The ninja and parkour floor develops grip, balance, agility, and problem-solving that transfer everywhere. Basketball training builds coordination, footwork, and teamwork. Golf develops focus, patience, and body control. A dedicated toddler program and curriculum meet the youngest athletes where they are — motor skills, listening, confidence, and first group habits — so families can start early instead of waiting until a child is “ready for sports.” Speed and agility programming is next, giving every athlete a shared engine for whatever they play. Members get structured coaching plus room to keep working. Unlimited class access and open training time mean kids get the reps that actually change them. Parents are not spectators in the hallway. The space is built so families can stay, watch, work, train, or join in. Progress is a partnership. The same center hosts camps, birthday parties, competitive pathways, and adult training. New families start with a free VIP trial day — one visit, no cost — to feel the coaching, the curriculum, and the culture before they commit. Closed-toe athletic shoes are required. Emberwise Academy
Emberwise Academy is a faith-based K–5th grade homeschool enrichment program designed with neurodivergent learners in mind. Founded and led by a dual-certified educator with credentials in special education, early childhood education, and elementary education, Emberwise Academy provides a supportive learning environment backed by professional experience and fingerprint clearance. Emberwise operates similarly to a resource classroom model found in public schools, but with the flexibility and personalization of homeschooling. Families complete their primary curriculum at home, while Emberwise helps students build skills, strengthen understanding, and fill in learning gaps through hands-on instruction and individualized support. Through project-based learning, collaborative activities, and a student-centered approach, Emberwise Academy encourages curiosity, confidence, and growth while meeting students where they are academically and developmentally.
