I’m a retired certified teacher with 28 years of classroom experience, specializing in Kindergarten through 4th grade math. My passion is helping children build a strong mathematical foundation while developing the confidence they need to become successful, independent learners. I provide personalized, one-on-one and small-group tutoring tailored to each child’s unique learning style and pace. Whether your student needs extra support, wants to strengthen foundational skills, or is ready for a greater challenge, I create engaging, encouraging lessons that make math meaningful and enjoyable. As a proud homeschooling grandma, I especially enjoy partnering with homeschooling families, but I also work with students from public and private schools. I understand that every child learns differently, and I strive to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, taking risks, and celebrating their progress. My goal is not only to improve math skills but also to build confidence, reduce frustration, and help children develop a lifelong love of learning. I believe every child can succeed with patient instruction, encouragement, and the right support. It would be my privilege to help your child reach their full potential in math.
