At The Diamond Standard Coaching, my mission is to help students build the skills and confidence they need to succeed in school, college, and life. Through engaging virtual coaching and small-group classes, I support students in developing executive functioning, organization, study skills, leadership, college and career readiness, and goal-setting strategies they can use every day. I work with students in grades 5–12, including traditional, homeschool, and online learners. Every session is personalized, interactive, and focused on helping students gain independence, strengthen their confidence, and achieve meaningful growth. As an experienced educator, Certified Career Navigator, and former Director of Advising for one of the nation's largest homeschool programs, I've supported thousands of students and families. My goal is to provide practical tools, encouragement, and individualized support that empower every student to reach their full potential.
