Arizona Girlchoir is a nonprofit community choir for girls and women. Our mission is to cultivate confidence, community, and leadership in girls through the beauty of music. We provide weekly choral performance instruction, as well as lessons in music literacy and sight-singing. Our singers have many opportunities throughout the year to sing in concerts, festivals, and other community and private performances. Automotive Learning Lab provides hands-on automotive education designed to give students and families practical skills, confidence, and a better understanding of the vehicles they rely on every day. I can work with a book or curriculum you already have, or help you choose one that works for your student. I also want students to play music they enjoy, so not all materials will be from a lesson book. Lessons are 1 hour per week, rate is $200 monthly. Located in Mesa, near Park of the Canals. I’m Mindy with Cactus Kids Art Studio! I have always loved art, but I love sharing art just as much! I am a mom to 4 kids, a wife, a pediatric pharmacist, a runner, and an art teacher! I want kids to learn about all different types of art mediums so they know how many options there are out there! I teach watercolors, acrylic painting, sketching, pastels, clay, fiber arts, colored pencils, and 3D projects! We spend 4-6 weeks on each medium as we learn techniques and different ways to work with that medium. My favorite thing is seeing the smiles and pride on the kids faces when they have just created something they didn’t realize they could do.

Flute Lessons with Dr. Stone

My journey began when I was a 12-year old homeschooled girl, shy and stepping far out of my comfort zone to join a small church orchestra for a couple of rehearsals and a concert. I brought my recorder (spottily learned from a Teach Yourself Recorder book) and discovered that I knew far less than I had thought. A kind, skilled flutist sitting beside me took me under her wing and mentored me through the whole experience. I loved every bit of it! The orchestra swelled all around me like a stereo, and though I didn't have the confidence to play more than a few notes in one piece on the whole program, I knew that I wanted to learn to play the flute like the wonderful flutist who had guided me during that incredible weekend. I began taking lessons and becoming increasingly attached to the instrument, and before I knew it, I was auditioning for the music program at a prestigious university. I went all the way through college, receiving my Bachelor's, Master's, and finally Doctorate degrees, all in flute performance! My homeschool education prepared me in the very best way for my college studies and provided me with a strong work ethic, determination, and creativity. Now, my mission is to share the musical knowledge I've accumulated over the past 15+ years with as many homeschooled students as possible! I offer dedicated weekly online lessons to students from age 6 and upward, personalized to the individual student's needs and goals. Gathering Place

The Gathering Place is a small, Christian homeschool enrichment program in Verrado designed to give children a place to learn, create, build friendships, and grow together. Classes are intentionally kept small so students receive personal attention and truly get to know one another. Each week centers around engaging themed units that bring learning to life through hands-on science experiments, STEM and engineering challenges, history, literature, art, cooking, creative projects, and more. Units throughout the year explore topics such as Medieval Times, food science, animals, Christmas Around the World, space, earth science, oceans, and engineering. Classes are offered for ages 3–5, 6–7, and 8–12, with activities adapted appropriately for each age group. GO Clubs was founded by three families with strong Christian worldviews. GO Clubs is an adventure, service, and leadership program for girls ages 4-18. Growth Soccer Training is locally owned by a fellow Christian. Mesa ISR

I teach 1 on 1 self rescue swim lessons to children 6 months to 6 years ( sometimes older). I teach in my heated pool in Mesa. Lessons are held Monday-Thursday for 10 minutes each day for 6-8 weeks. Drowning is the leading cause of death in children under 4. With ISR lessons, students learn to swim, roll back and float to rest, and swim again in order to reach the exit of the pool.

We focus on music reading, technical skills, performance, and learning to enjoy playing piano. I teach in person in my home in Florence, AZ, but have virtual options for lessons as well.

I teach private piano lessons! We learn exercises and songs that help further your skills and hopefully your love for music. I do two recitals a year where each student has the opportunity to prepare and perform a song of their choosing to family and friends. I love what I do and I hope to impart some of that love to my students.

Private Vocal Lessons - Voice lessons with Nicole at Performers Playhouse

I teach weekly private voice lessons grounded in vocal pedagogy. My approach is simple: everything it takes to sing is a muscle. So we train those muscles the way an athlete trains, building toward the strongest, most controlled, and best sound your voice can make. Learning doesn't stop when the lesson ends. Every student gets a private online portal where I upload their weekly exercises, vocal performance tracks, and audition repertoire. Students are expected to practice there four times a week between lessons, so real progress happens week over week. My training is rigorous, and it's also genuinely fun. When you combine joy with hard work, there's nothing you can't do, and that combination has carried past students to Broadway, Disney, and American Idol. Strong vocal technique pays off far beyond singing. The same skills that power a great performance help you present to executives in a conference room, preach from the pulpit, and carry confidence into everyday conversation.

Raquel's Piano Studio

Raquel Lopez is a dedicated piano instructor with a strong foundation in formative music education, holding a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from Arizona State University. She has been teaching piano since 2010, working with both children and adults and creating individualized lesson plans that support confidence, creativity, and long‑term musical growth. Raquel teaches a wide range of musical styles, including classical, worship, contemporary, pop, improvisation, and foundational music theory, adapting each lesson to the student’s goals and learning style. In addition to her teaching work, Raquel serves as the Worship Director at Bethel Christian Church, where she leads ensembles, coordinates musicians, and directs live worship services. Her background in performance and leadership gives her a strong stage presence and the ability to guide students in recital preparation, expression, and musical confidence. Raquel is known for her patient, encouraging teaching style and her ability to build positive relationships with students and families. She creates a structured yet uplifting learning environment where students feel supported and motivated. Outside of teaching, she enjoys growing her musicianship, serving her community, and inspiring others through music.

Red Pony Ranch Riding School for Children

Tatum teaches private horse riding lessons from her home in North Phoenix. She is an experienced childcare provider working professionally for over 7 years through nature preschool work and private nanny work. Tatum has been riding horses her entire life. She grew up doing barrel racing and gymkhanas. Tatum is also a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and is currently in nursing school to become a labor and delivery nurse. Tatum loves sharing horse care and horse riding to children ages 3-12. She witnesses first hand the skills children can grow when working with horses. She sees children build confidence and courage, knowledge and understanding, and she sees so much joy on every child’s face who rides. She is passionate about creating safe and welcoming spaces for children to learn.

Redeemer Christian School - Homeschool Program

Redeemer Christian School is an accredited classical and Christian K-12 school in Mesa, established in 1980, serving Christian families. The school offers a homeschool enrichment drop-in program. Homeschooling families can enroll in select RCS classes (Latin, Music, P.E., History-Bible-Literature core, Logic, HS Spanish, electives, etc.) taught by school faculty from a Christian worldview using classical techniques. Homeschool students may also participate in field trips, music, drama, sports, and standardized testing alongside full-time students.

Rising Fire Music

Rising Fire Music helps homeschool families, teens, and adults grow in skill, confidence, and purpose through voice, guitar, songwriting, and Worship Arts. Students gain real-world musicianship through the Nashville Number System, worship-team training, and the RISE Vocal Method—including breath, healthy technique, and pharyngeal voice. Santan children’s choir is an affiliate of Chandler children’s choir, which has been in the south east valley for 19 years. We will be kicking off our inaugural season with rehearsal starting on August 11, 2026 at Newell Barney Jr. high. Our motto is that every voice counts! Long time Valley music educators Emali Mollenhauer and Cecelia Burnett will be conducting Cadence choir (ages 7-11) and Harmonia choir (ages 12-15). Saving Grace Infant Swim LLC

ISR Self Rescue Swimming lessons for children 6 months to 6 years old. Non walking infants will learn the Rollback to Float. Experience walkers will learn the Swim Float Swim sequence. Lessons are 1:1, 4 days a week for approximately 6-10 weeks, and are taught in a private pool.

Scottsdale Pod is a creative arts program where students bring their ideas to life through sculpture, animation, video production, and digital media. Children can explore claymation, stop-motion animation, character design, filmmaking, editing, storytelling, and hands-on three-dimensional art projects in a supportive environment rooted in Christian values.
